Refunds and Returns
All plants are packed and shipped professionally and with the highest care. Any claims for damaged plants must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery and must include photos. Please note that yellowing or wilting of leaves, loss of individual leaves, or soil disturbance is normal for plants delivered through mail carriers.
If a box arrives crushed you must immediately file a claim with ther carrier (generally UPS). Pictures before opening the box and after plants are taken out are standard practice for a claim with the scarrier.
